Each participant who enrolled in one of the seven PDA-ESE modules
that were
available in the 2004-2005 school year was asked to complete a satisfaction
survey upon completion of the module. Data analysis based on the survey
feedback collected on modules delivered from July 1 2004 - June 2005 was
provided in a satisfaction survey report. A complete copy of the report is
available upon request from the PDA-ESE office.
The satisfaction survey asked the participants to provide a numerical
rating, from one to ten (ten being the highest) as to their overall
impression of the module. In addition, participants utilized the same scale
to rate each module in six areas. The six areas included: ease of course
navigation; usefulness of information contained in learning activities;
organization of content; clarity of learning activities content; and,
relevance of assessment tasks. Participants were also given the opportunity
to provide comments to each of the seven survey questions. A rating as to the
overall impression of all modules combined
resulted in a 9.29 global rating.
