Following the successful development and rollout of the PDA program during 2003, the project manager contracted with an evaluator to conduct a study of the project from the perspective of four stakeholder groups. Specifically, these groups were:

  1. The Project Steering Committee,
  2. Members of the seven module Writing/Development Teams,
  3. Local District Level Coordinators and Program Facilitators who attended the October 2003 statewide training workshop and/or had experience in implementing the PDA program in their district, and
  4. Participants from around the state of Florida who have participated in and successfully completed at least one PDA module.

Results of the PDA Program Development Process Evaluation Study were made available in March 2004. A complete copy of the study is available upon request from the PDA office.
