Following the successful development and rollout of the PDA-ESE program during 2003, the project manager contracted with an evaluator to conduct a study of the project from the perspective of four stakeholder groups. Specifically, these groups were:

1. The Project Steering Committee,
2. Members of the seven module Writing/Development Teams,
3. Local District Level Coordinators and Program Facilitators who attended the October 2003 statewide training workshop and/or had experience in implementing the PDA-ESE program in their district, and
4. Participants from around the state of Florida who have participated in and successfully completed at least one PDA-ESE module.

Results of the PDA-ESE Program Development Process Evaluation Study were made available in March 2004. A complete copy of the study is available upon request from the PDA-ESE office.
